Riad Maizie - Marrakesh

This place was just a good match for a date night in Marrakesh with the best value for money ratio. The spacious self-contained room on the second floor made for a comfortable stay. Make sure to enjoy the great breakfast spread!

The breakfast looked reasonably good, unfortunately we didn't have time and didn't try it. Our double room was equipped with a sofa bed, central heating, and an iron. The location was perfect, adjacent to alleys, the central old quarter of the Madinat, and the medina near the main square.

As for me, it's a cool place to stay in Marrakesh. Overall, it's amazing base for exploring Marrakesh attractions. The hotel has great location to the Djemaa El Fna square;))

The room was spacious and clean. Unique authentic decoration created a beautiful atmosphere throughout the place.

Finding the place initially proved tricky, even with modern navigation apps. The hotel showed signs of age, with some areas needing a little updating, such as a room that lacked a lock. The rooftop terrace, while accessible, felt a bit worn and could use a refresh.

Such a lovely oasis in the busy Medina! I adored the charming rooftop terrace for breakfast with fresh coffee and an exceptional view! The only downside was the somewhat limited breakfast variety. 🌞

Initial navigation to the riad was a bit tricky, as the narrow streets can be confusing even with maps.

Sweet as stay, heaps comfy room and the rooftop breakfast was a real treat. Just felt a bit chilly some nights and finding the place was a mission!

I stayed in the Beautiful Double Room with Balcony and loved it! The bed was super comfy, and the room was really pretty and clean. It seemed like a little oasis after the busy streets of Marrakech. I slept really well, and the bathroom was super clean. Plus, they cleaned the room daily, a big plus! Perfect way to unwind after exploring.

Finding the place was a challenge, even with navigation apps, and the surrounding area felt desolate at times, which may not suit everyone. The rooftop terrace could use some sprucing up, as it shows signs of wear and could be more inviting . While the room was clean, some aspects of the decor felt a bit dated and could benefit from updates.

The riad features good traditional decor, and the rooftop terrace provides a peaceful retreat with fine views. Breakfast was fabulous (especially the homemade jam!) and the staff were helpful with directing us around the area.

Staying at Riad Maizie was like finding a secret hideaway in the midst of Marrakech's vibrant chaos. The decor. Is traditional Moroccan charm at its best, with colorful features and a calm atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. Each morning, breakfast was a delight, with fresh olives, cheese triangles, and a variety of breads, served on the lovely rooftop terrace surrounded by lush plants.
